Returns & Exchanges


  • We accept the returns if you receive a damaged/defective product.
  • Report us within 24 hours of product delivery through email or whatsapp with the images of damaged or wrong product delivered.
  • Upon authorization of returns from the respective brands, we will offer you an exchange or refund based on your preference.

If you receive a damaged product, we will provide complete refund of your payment.  However, we do not offer refunds for non-defective products or refunds for other reasons.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7-10 days.
