- If you receive a damaged product, we will provide complete refund or exchange of your payment. However, we do not offer exchange/refund for non-defective products or for other reasons.
- Report us within 24 hours of product delivery through email or whatsapp with the images of damaged or wrong product delivered.
- Upon authorization of returns from the respective brands, we will offer you an exchange or refund based on your preference.

- For refunds : Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7-10 days.
We will NOT accept return/exchange for below reasons
- There might be slight variations in the colour tone of the actual product with respect to the images on the website as these are digital photography and depends on the monitor settings of each device.
- Semi precious jewellery [Pure silver, Gold plated silver] are made by hand and may have slight irregularities in designs that are a natural outcome of the human involvement in the process. This will not be considered as defect for exchange/refund.
- If the jewellery’s physical look & feel doesn’t suit your liking.
- If the jewel is too heavy to wear or looks big.
- If the size of the jewel is not what you expected.
- If the product is shopped on sale price.
- Earring stems are bent purposefully on some cases – to avoid breakage which is not considered as a Transit Damage.
- Under rare circumstances, the jewellery beads or stones may have fallen during transit. Such things which can be easily fixed with glue and will not be exchanged or refunded.

A kind notice to our all customers. Due to Corona virus issue, and its impact on postal and courier services, shipments and delivery are delayed. Please kindly be patient till we ship the order. After shipping, we will notify you the tracking link. Please stay in touch with courier service to collect the products. For some postal code, home delivery is still not functional and the customers have to collect the product from the courier office. If the product return back to us, customers has to pay additional courier charges to reship the product again. Unfortunately we cannot process refund for these orders.
