Shipping / Delivery Policy
- Please be advised that this website is a marketplace where many brands feature their products. Hence products ordered on [https://shop.southindiajewels.com/] will be shipped to customers by the respective brands and not by South India Jewels.
- Most orders will be shipped by the respective brand within 3-5 days of the placing order. While this is not guaranteed, in rare cases an order might be shipped beyond 5 days from the placing order. In case of any unseen delay, we will always notify you in advance.
- You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the products are shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to track the package and contact the courier company for any delays.
- If the packaging is tampered, the recipient is advised not to accept the courier. If the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, the product will be returned to the vendor. The cost of handling and re-shipment during the times of non-delivery to the recipient will be chargeable to the member who ordered the product.
- An estimated delivery time will be 7 to 10 working days (since the product is shipped) depending upon the shipping address. However, we are not responsible for the delivery delay caused by courier company or weather conditions that are not in our control.
- After you receive tracking details, If you notice any delay in delivery even after 15 working days, kindly send an email to email@example.com with your order number. Undelivered products that are not reported with in 15 working days since the date of product shipment will not be considered for refund later.
- International Shopping? – At the moment, we ship only within India. We will open International shipping soon.
A kind notice to our all customers. Due to Corona virus issue, and its impact on postal and courier services, shipments and delivery are delayed. Please kindly be patient till we ship the order. After shipping, we will notify you the tracking link. Please stay in touch with courier service to collect the products. For some postal code, home delivery is still not functional and the customers have to collect the product from the courier office. If the product return back to us, customers has to pay additional courier charges to reship the product again. Unfortunately we cannot process refund for these orders.
